RAMALLAH —AlGhad— Scores of Palestinian youths were injured in clashes with Israeli occupation forces over the last 24 hours, in Bethlehem, Jenin and Nabulus, Palestinian sources confirmed.

Yesterday, Tuesday, occupation troops assassinated resistance youth figure Ahmad Jarrar after a full month of pursuit and failed attempts, Israeli and Palestinian media said.

Meanwhile today, Wednesday, another Palestinian youth was martyred by occupation troops after stabbing an Israeli security guard, Israeli news Channel Seven reported.

Hamas media outlet, Safa, also confirmed the martyrdom of young Hazem Qassim.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition, tear gas canisters, sound bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at Palestinian protestors throughout various cities of the West Bank.

Many were injured, the Society added.
