AMMAN —Al Ghad— The Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) conducted a series of raids over the last 48 hours leading to the detainment of 10 drug dealers and promoters, one of whom is classified “extremely dangerous” and another with 15 year sentence for drug trade, arrested yesterday, Tuesday morning, in Sahhab.
According to AND personnel, 16Kg of synthetic hashish “Joker” was confiscated, one firearm, and a variety of prescription and psychedelic pills.
The detainees were referred to the Anti-Narcotics administration to be further investigated and processed to be referred to the Court of State Security.
