WASHINGTONA — US President, Barack Obama, announced in his speech on the NATO Summit in Warsaw, Saturday, that NATO has been training Iraqi military to aid in the war against terror, and that the US will be sending 4 thousand American troops to aid and back joint NATO operations, in additions to increasing military aid to Ukraine to help in the stabilisation and unification of the country.
