AMMAN —AlGhad— The Ministry of Water and Irrigation said that the investigation into the power theft incident last Tuesday has helped uncover a massive violation of water regulation in the form of groundwater theft.
The perpetrator drilled 12 illegal wells and built three massive water reservoirs, each filled with hundreds of thousands of drinking water, used to water illegal crops.
