TAFILEH —Al Ghad— Sanitation workers with the Greater Tafileh Municipality lit up tires in front of the Municipality’s headquarters Tuesday, in demand of JOD300 remunerations promised to them by the Ministry of Labour via the Municipality.
Protestors state some workers received remunerations, while others have not.
On their side, head of the Municipality explain that there are 4 workers who do not abide to their work schedules as others do, and they were the ones who set fire to the tires, causing a brief but suffocating traffic jam.
