AMMAN —AlGhad— Saudi Arabia has carried out 48 executions during the first four months of 2018, half of whom involved in drugs, according to the Human Rights Watch (HRW).
An AFP report yesterday, Wednesday, highlighted that there are several executions still pending and that Saudi Arabia has one the world’s highest death penalty rates.
In 2017, 150 people were executed in Saudi Arabia, according to the AFP.
